Lake Simcoe Heating and Air conditioning came out to provide an estimate, and measured/listed for the materials needed for installation (no other company did that). We decided to go ahead with the installation, and the installers were courteous and helpful, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up their work area well. We chose Lake Simcoe HVAC because of the great communication and customer service we had prior to installation (which continued after the install) and because they are a local business. "

  • " Work in Mississauga and called a buddy who suggested I touch base with Lake Simcoe for quote. The sales guy was great. Explained the difference in models, most vs least efficient, service history by brand. Long story short checked out all I was was told and he was bang on with everything thus the trust was established. Got the job done, all works great and workmanship was better than some neighbors that had similar replacements by other contractors. I'd recommend these guys anytime. "
